About the IDCR 2024
Our journey from the inaugural edition to now has been filled with passion, unity, and a shared vision for a healthier, happier community. We now present the 4th edition of the Inorbit Durgam Cheruvu Run, a thrilling testament to the unwavering support and enthusiasm of our running community, citizens, and esteemed corporate partners.
IDCR 2024 represents more than just a race; it embodies a philosophy, an emotional expedition, and a joyful tribute to pure enjoyment. It’s a place where we honor the ‘WOW’ factor in you and that converges with the city’s remarkable growth and the emergence of a new and dynamic Hyderabad.
This run is more than just a physical challenge; it symbolises Hyderabad’s journey as it gets closer to Cyberabad through this iconic bridge. The camaraderie it fosters, the corporate engagement it inspires, and the brand visibility it offers make IDCR the most sought-after event for everyone.
As the New Year approaches, it’s time to take a fresh resolution – experience the exquisite January weather while running across the iconic landmark of our city, the Durgam Cheruvu Cable Bridge.
Who participates? Well, everyone! Fitness enthusiasts, differently-abled athletes, kids, youth, corporate teams, families, friends, and even older people come together in the spirit of health, happiness, and unity. It’s an event that brings diverse individuals under the banner of IDCR, where every step taken contributes to our collective well-being.

Note –
- All the above-mentioned registration fees are inclusive of applicable taxes & processing fee.
- Early bird window is between 28th September 23 & 1st November 23,
- Early bird registrants are entitled to receive a wow running t-shirt & voucher (Early bird offer pack) from Inorbit Mall. Date & time of collection from Inorbit Mall would be communicated after early bird window closes.
- You will also receive race running Tee during the BIB collection expo in January.
- If you are a resident of Hyderabad, we request you to come in person to collect the above from the Information Desk, Level 2, Inorbit Mall, Hyderabad.
- If you are a non-resident of Hyderabad, we shall send your early bird offer pack via courier to the shipping address mentioned in the registration form.
- After a successful transaction, Upgrade in race category from 10K to Half Marathon will attract the difference amount in the fee.
- No refund shall be given in case of change in the race category downgrade from Half Marathon to 10K /5K timed or non-timed run.
- Change in race category at the time of bib collection will attract Rs 200 as processing fee + the difference fee amount.
- Race category change via online registration portal will be accepted till the 31st December 2023 or until the last date of registration whichever is earlier.

b. Race Information:

- Race Start – Inorbit Mall, Hyderabad
- Race Finish – Mindspace Business Park (behind Inorbit Mall)
- Race Start timings and other details will be updated and communicated as we approach towards the race date.
c. Event Venue Facilities –Inorbit Mall offers unique facilities to the participants.
- Parking: There is ample parking space for 4W & 2W and guiding traffic wardens. We however advice Car pooling.
- Drop off zone: Participants coming in by private vehicle/Auto Rickshaw/ Taxis etc will have a marked drop off zone.
- Baggage Counter: It is suggested to kindly leave your bags in the cars, however we will have baggage counters (No valuables) for participants in the mall.
- Other Facilities: Air conditioned Hold area , Clean Toilets, minimal medical facilities, drinking water & Café.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- 20 days prior to the event date, transfer of registration or cancellation will not be accepted.
- INR 200/- will be charged for any transfer of registration or credit note.
- Change in a category will be accepted only 20 days prior to the event.

Terms & Conditions
- All runners registered in the general category (non-elite runners) are considered for this award.
- For the fastest timing, there are no age brackets, whosoever covers the complete race course and crosses the finish line, he/she will be awarded the fastest cash prize.
- The winner in the fastest category is not entitled to any age category prize money
- Pacers are not entitled to any prize money
- For the fastest category gross timing is considered for prize money, hence the potential winners should line up in the front at start line
- For age category winners net time is considered for prize money
- Ranks/Position declarations are based on Provisional Timing, & may change post-due diligence (in each race category).
- Prize money will be disbursed only via cheque or bank account transfer.
- No cash will be handed over to any winners.
- Prize money and bonus winnings are subject to applicable Indian Income Tax rules, and the same would be borne by the winner.
In addition to the above, entitlement to finish positions and prize money winnings are also subject to –
- Runners starting the run after 15 minutes of the start time are not considered for the award
- Bib tag timing captured across all timing points on the course, including at the start and finish mats.
- Physical verification by technical officials and anti-cheat cameras
- Athletes found to have interchanged their running number bib and/or bib tag with others, will be disqualified from the competition. Such athletes shall not be entitled to any timing or prize money (where applicable).
- Prize money and bonus winnings are subject to applicable Indian Income Tax Rules, and the same would be borne by the winner.
- The Race Technical Officials decision is final on the finisher rankings and prize winners
- All the rules are subject to change anytime as decided by the organizers.
- Awards/Prize money disbursal after 45 days from the event date.
- International Participants must submit the required documents if in case he or she wins a prize money
- Indian Winners will have to submit their PAN card to claim the winning prize money
